SHIPPING POLICY
From convention.organogold.com, people can buy tickets to attend this year's OG convention. Since all tickets are eTickets (electronic tickets), they are to be printed by the buyer/assignee for the ticket. Thus, no shipment will be done for any product purchased from this site.
RETURN/REFUND-BUY BACK POLICY
All eTicket sales are final. No return or refunds will be made. Buyers who purchased a ticket have the option to re-assign the ticket to other people up until such time that the list of attendees has been finalized at a date to be determined by Organo Gold.
