Internet Explorer users might see a security warning when they access any of our pages containing barcodes. This is Microsoft's "mixed content warning" and simply means that there's a reference to a non-https resource within the secure/https page. The prompt is displayed for all pages displaying the barcode since it references/sources a non-https site. If you would like to disable this security warning permanently, go to Tools -> Internet Options and select the "Security" tab. Make sure the "Internet" zone is selected and then click the "Custom Level" button. Scroll down the list of options and set the "Display Mixed Content" setting from "Prompt" to "Enable."
If you choose not to change this setting, be assured that the information you provide via the Convention site is secure.
There are two ways to assign a ticket, see below for details.
Yes, you must assign your tickets or they will not be valid. This goes for tickets that will be used by distributors and guests.
Your ticket has been assigned if a name appears on the e-ticket when it is viewed online. If there is no name on the e-ticket, it has not been assigned and is invalid until it is assigned. The Ticket Buyer can log into his or her account to see which tickets have been assigned.
